Three doubles…No, this isn’t a reference to the number of chins I’m exhibiting in this photo or even to the drinking habits of the two blues brothers above. It’s simply a reference to why yesterday was a memorable, enjoyable and even historic day. Yes, Linfield completed a league and cup double making it three victorious years in a row. This is not something new for the champions but the last time they did this was some 115 years ago.

That's what getting more money from the IFA and having a large population to attract fans from can get you i suppose. Anyway, we'll win the intermediate league and cup double next year beting H&W Welders in the final!!
