A slight problem…
It would appear that my comment facility has been permanently disabled as a result of the service being stopped. In the old days of blog you had to get a separate service provider to have this facility on your blog. Well this puts this template up the spout and I may have to update… Its been a long time since I used my web design skills (lol) and I’m dreading it!

I got my new weight plates today from Argos who recently decided to sell them at a reasonable price – thankfully!!
